Overview of fulfilment services

Back in 2006, PCH opened a fulfilment facility in Shenzhen, China. From here we can manage every aspect of the storage, picking, packing and shipping of your product.

How does it work?

The first step is to get your stock into the warehouse at our fulfilment facility.

  1. You purchase stock from your supplier in China, and you ask them to deliver the stock to our fulfilment center in Shenzhen.
  2. At the same time you send us a copy of this purchase order so that we can check the part numbers and quantities when the stock arrives at our fulfilment center.
  3. When the stock arrives, we put it away in our warehouse.
  4. We use the goods available notice to let you know that your stock has arrived.


The next step is to pick, pack and ship the stock to your clients.

  1. Your client buys an item from your e-store.
  2. Your e-store sends the details of the delivery order to our fulfilment centre.
  3. The operators pick, pack and ship the order.
  4. We send the shipping details to you in a shipment confirmation.
  5. Your e-store e-mails the tracking number of the package to your client.

Direct ship, to any location

We ship your delivery orders directly from China to your client's address. You don't need any hubs or warehouses anywhere in the world. And we have long-standing relationships with various carriers that allows us to ship to any location in the world.

Doing it your way

We understand that the out-of-box experience of your client is important to you. What really sets up apart from the rest is that we will pack your orders exactly how you want us to. From the style of your box or design of your packing list, to printing gift cards or doing engravings of personal messages on your product, you have full control.

Accuracy through a software controlled process

We understand that humans working in a warehouse can easily make mistakes. So our development team wrote a custom software system (called PackFlo) that runs on every work station in the facility. All our shop floor operators are trained to use this system to ensure that every step in the fulfilment process is system controlled. By owning the software, we can easily customise it to cater for any special requirements that you might have.
